MGI (India) specializes in the design and provision of complex fast track modular buildings using light steel framing construction methods. This is often referred to as Modular Construction, which must not be confused with Pre-Fabricated structures that are in common use today. MGI´s off-site manufactured pre-engineered buildings are almost identical to those built using traditional construction methods. The use of modular construction is directly influenced by the client’s requirements for speed of construction, quality, added benefits of economy of scale as well as single point procurement.
All modular buildings are designed to be permanent in terms of compliance with building regulations and suitable for facility life cycles, although they are, by definition, re-locatable and re-usable. MGI´s fast track facilities are designed as permanent buildings with a structural design life of more than 60 years and can be used for permanent or interim requirements.

MGI´S Highway Trauma Centres are equipped with operation theatres, ICUs, resuscitation rooms, etc. to provide comprehensive emergency medical services to patients suffering traumatic injuries. We can build trauma centres with highly sophisticated medical diagnostic equipment (Level 1) or centres that provide only initial care and stabilization of a traumatic injury (Level 3).
Diagnostic Imaging Facilities
MGI provides specialist turnkey facilities for diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology. These diagnostic imaging facilities include MRI suites, CT rooms, X-ray, cardiac cathertisation laboratories and mammography units.
Aseptic Suites and Laboratories
Purpose-built sterile service departments (SSD), aseptic suites and containment laboratories are available as permanent or temporary buildings.
Mortuaries
The MGI mortuary contains storage rooms, post mortem rooms, a coffin store, refrigerated storage for corpses, and an area for undertakers. Additionally we can provide a state-of-the-art laboratory and an archive.
Decontamination Units
MGI provides specialized decontamination units where persons contaminated with hazardous chemicals, biological agents or radioactive materials are given immediate medical attention and properly sterilized.
